Amy Schutzer
Amy Schutzer is an award-winning poet and fiction writer, and author of “Undertow,” (Calyx Books). While publishing her second and third novel remain on the horizon, she is hard at work on a fourth novel, “The Autobiography of My True Self.” Her 2nd novel was a finalist in the 2010 Leapfrog Press Fiction Contest, judged by Marge Piercy. Her chapbook, Taking Down the Scarecrows, has just been published by Finishing Line Press (July 2011). The 29th Street Writers continues to be an integral part of Amy’s writing life and is a remarkable confluence of talented women dedicated to the craft and love of words.
